• USA, Canada, UK – 5–15 business days

• Rest of the world – 10–30 business days

Note: Remote US locations (e.g., Hawaii, Puerto Rico) may require 7–12 extra days.

Additional items add a small fee, usually around €2.14–€2.33.

We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. All posters are made-to-order, so we cannot accept returns for reasons such as personal preference or wrong size.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the mistake was ours (e.g., printing error, damage, wrong product), we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.

What kind of paper and print do you use?

We print on museum-grade, acid-free matte paper (5.6 oz/y² – 192 g/m²) using archival pigment inks. Each print is made for long-lasting quality.

Will the colors match what I see on my screen?

We strive for accuracy, but slight color variation can occur due to screen calibration or lighting.

Are the posters waterproof or for outdoor use?

No. Posters are intended for indoor use only and should be kept away from moisture.

Can I use your images or product descriptions?

No. All content on pictorprints.com is protected by intellectual property law and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.
