If you’re not happy with your art, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Email us at hello@pictorprints.com before sending anything — returns without approval won’t be accepted. Customers pay return shipping.

If your item arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 14 days with photos and order number. No need to return damaged items — we’ll send a replacement or refund.

Final sale items, custom prints, and gift cards can’t be returned.

For EU orders, you have 14 days to cancel or return, no questions asked.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days after we get and check your return. If it takes longer than 15 days after approval, contact us.

All prints are made to order. Personalised or customized posters are non-returnable. For standard prints, customers have the right to return unused items within 14 days. If your order isn’t in production yet, email us ASAP for changes.
